I am a recently qualified OOW (Deck) looking for a career as a third officer. After being told that "the world is my oyster" once i have my certificate of competency, i have came to realise that this is not the case after sending out my CV and filling out all of my certificate details and providing excellent reviews and references yet I am still struggling to get back into the industry which I still dream to pursue. I am a very punctual and professional qualified British Officer attempting to start off my career with amazing opportunities and am very eager to get back to sea.
